My Sustainable Farm is inspired by and dedicated to my deceased Mom Rosa Maria, outstanding cook, medicinal herbs and plants expert, and my father Mario, Chemist Ingenier, passionate nature lover, wild excellent mushroom forager. You both instilled on me the scientific thinking and my love for nature, food justice, and sustainable practices. May you both R.I.P. I thank you for all the knowledge you shared with me. I thank the universe for allowing me too share the knowledge gained with all of you and the rest of the world. I am hoping my efforts will inspire you and others in more sustainable living practices, food justice, heritage pride, cherishing family recipes and family traditions. May the universe inspire us in treasuring our own worlds, while sustaining and cherishing our Mother, Earth.
